Through our partnership with a leading license & compliance provider, we help businesses protect intellectual property across Israel and nearby markets.

🌍 This is a fully remote role, but because you’ll engage with Israeli customers and stakeholders, time zone awareness is key! (Israel is 5 hours ahead of Argentina).

Fluency in English is a must, and Hebrew is a big plus! You’ll collaborate on compliance and piracy investigations while gaining expertise in data analytics, process optimization, and strategic negotiation—all in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

🏆 What You'll Be Doing

✅ Engaging with customers and internal teams to guide compliance and anti-piracy cases from start to resolution.

✅ Analyzing investigation data 🔎, preparing reports, and organizing information in CRM tools.

✅ Managing & developing leads from various sources 📊, optimizing engagement strategies for the Israeli market.

✅ Documenting processes effectively 📝, contributing to team knowledge-sharing and workflow improvements.

✅ Providing ad hoc analysis to support evolving business needs and priorities.

🎯 What We're Looking For

✔ 1+ years of experience in customer engagement or sales (sales-driven background preferred; software compliance/piracy experience is a plus).

✔ Fluent in English (spoken & written); Hebrew fluency is a strong advantage. 🗣

✔ Passion for learning and growing professionally in a global environment. 🌎

✔ Familiarity with data tools, CRM systems, and KPI-driven work environments.

✔ Experience with multi-channel engagement (inbound/outbound calls, email, video conferences).

✔ Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools. 📊

✔ Strong research and lead generation skills, with an analytical mindset.

✔ Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation abilities. 🤝

✔ Resilient and adaptable, able to work independently in a remote setup. 🏡💻

✔ Time zone awareness is key! (Israel is 5 hours ahead of Argentina ⏳).
